The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. However, if your apartment is available earlier, you will be able to check in without any problems. Otherwise, you can enjoy the resort's facilities upon arrival, including lunch service for guests on a full-board or all-inclusive package.
What time should I leave my room?
On the day of your departure, you must leave the room and go to Reception to return the keys and settle the outstanding balance before 12 noon.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed. They must be trained in specialized centers that accompany people with visual, hearing, or other disabilities, or dogs included in assisted therapy. These dogs must always be identified and be serving the person for whom they are authorized.
Is it close to the beach?
We are located right in front of Peñíscola's North Beach.
Does full board include drinks?
Half-board includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at the Peñíscola Plaza Suites Hotel & Spa, located next door. Dinner cannot be exchanged for lunch.

The Peñíscola Plaza Suites Hotel & Spa, with direct access from the apartments, has restaurants and cafes. Also nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, a cafe, and a shopping center.
When is the deposit charged?
At check-in, a credit card or cash deposit of €100 is required.
